Requirements and Tuition

MSS TL Program Length

The MSS Program in Transcendent Leadership is a two-year, cohort-based graduate program. The full-time program consists of 9 semester hours for each of four consecutive 16-week semesters. Each semester includes three courses co-facilitated by two or more TL facilitators, in collaboration with members of the TL faculty. 36 semester hours are required to graduate with the Master of Spiritual Science degree or Certificate of Completion from Peace Theological Seminary. 

MSS TL Gathering Requirements

Participation: Each year a new cohort of around 40 new students is admitted to the global model of the MSS in Transcendent Leadership program. This cohort begins with a two-day orientation via Zoom video conference at the end of August, immediately prior to the start of the first semester. 

Students carry out the program from their home communities. Throughout each semester students are engaged in an active learning community with faculty and a cohort of peers using video conferencing and our online social-learning platform, PTS Wisdom School.

A required two-day TL Gathering takes place each month via Zoom.

MSS TL Admission Requirements

A completed bachelor’s degree is required to earn the MSS degree. Qualifying students without a bachelor’s degree may complete the program for a Certificate of Completion.

Students in the MSS Program in Transcendent Leadership must have an active subscription to Soul Awareness Teachings (SATs) and a current subscription to or completion of the 12 years of Soul Awareness Discourses. MSS TL students must be active initiates or studying toward initiation in MSIA.

MSS TL Tuition and Fees

Tuition:

$375.00 per month (8 months per year)

Tuition for Audits: $225.00 per month (8 months per year)

Fees:

$50 application fee (non-refundable).
$90 graduation fee for those seeking the MSS degree or the certificate of completion.

Expenses:
Expenses for the student will also include selected study materials.
